This recipe came from a client who took one of her favorite ‘not healthy’ recipes and subbed in healthier ingredients. She kept bringing me samples and I’ve been hooked since the first time I tried them! This little lady is a boss in the kitchen and recently started cleaning up all her cooking for her and her fam!!!
I would highly recommend making these guys… like NOW!!!
Heat in a pan (stirring occasionally):
– 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
– 1/2 cup almond butter or PB butter
– 1/2 cup coconut oil
– 3 tbsp cacao powder
– 1-1.5 cups coconut sugar
– 1 tea vanilla
–> once melted add 3 cups oats, stir
–> scoop spoonfuls on to cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
–> freeze them for a bit to firm up and store in fridge
