Almond-Parmesan crusted salmon

Well folks this is a keeper! I might have officially lost my mind strapping a light to my head to take quality pics of my food, real sexy 😋 I feel like one of those weird artsy people, oh no I’m one of them!!!!! Anyway, here is the master piece. Recipe posted below.


For 2 pieces of salmon
In a little bowl mix:
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tbsp almond flour
– 1 crushed garlic clove

Spread that on top of the fish and then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top

Bake it @400 for about 20 minutes
