Need a healthy dip for your 4th of July cook out? Try this black bean hummus!!
-1 clove garlic
– 1 can low sodium black beans drained (reserve the liquid)
– 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
– 1-2 tbsp tahini
– 1 tea ground cumin
– 1/2 tea salt
– 1/4 tea cayenne pepper
In a food processor add:

1. Crushed garlic clove
2. Beans, lemon, 1/2 bean juice, tahini, cumin, salt, cayenne
3. Process adding more bean juice to reach desired consistency
4. Serve with crackers or vegetables
