PB Cup Blondies

Hi blog! It’s been a while! I have a lot of ideas and plans for you, thank you for being patient with me. First I will show you some love with these seriously good ‘you may eat the whole pan’ blondies 😍


– 4 1/2 cups gluten free oats
– 6 ripe bananas
– 1/2 cup natural PB or nut butter
– 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
– 1/3 cup maple syrup or agave
– 1 cup chocolate chips
– 1tsp cinnamon
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1 tsp baking soda
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 14 mini PB cups

– 1/2 cup chocolate chips
– 1 tbsp coconut oil

1. Preheat oven 350 and prepare a 9×9 pan with unbleached parchment paper
2. Process: rolled oats to make flour then set in big mixing bowl with baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon
3. Then Process: nanas, applesauce, PB, syrup. Then add to mixing bowl with flour
4. Add chips and PB cups to bowl and mix it all up
5. Pour in pan. Can sprinkle a few extra chips on top.
6. bake 30-35 minutes
7. Let blondies cool then melt drizzle for 45 seconds in microwave and it’s ready to d-rizz
8. Store in the fridge they are great cold!

I freeze 1/2 the pan in single serving zip locks to pull out at a later date for a quick treat 😁💖🙌
