8 reasons to Squat

Since I just had an awesome squat day, why not highlight on why they are so awesome!  Depending on your strength and flexibility squats can be incorporated at any level.  As basic as standing up from a seated position to a full back squat with an olympic barbell.  I was pretty pumped to get 165 on my 1RM today, with no assist.  One thing that has helped improve my back squat is incorporating pause squats into my programs.  I have seen strength gains at a faster rate since I started doing these.  More on pause squats later.  For now check out 8 reasons why you must start squatting if you aren’t already!
