Enter, Emily – a “queen” of exercise variety. Emily is a dedicated trainer who knows lifting weights are essential – especially for women. Women have less muscle to begin with than men, lose it easily and have a more difficult time just maintaining muscle mass. Weight training must be challenging and a routine must be varied to be effective.
