Program Design Workouts

This is online personal training. Based on your personal goals Emily will create you a personalized workout program for you to do at your own convenience. Workouts will be tailored to fit available equipment whether you are working out at home or in a gym setting. Programming can be purchased as a single workout session or in sets of three. You can access video demos on my exercise library @emfitt4me. A video consult can be scheduled to be done via face time or skype to discuss the workouts and for progress check-ins, this is optional and also recommended. You will receive your workouts a week (or sooner depending on workload) from purchase date and will schedule your consult upon purchase.

First time clients: Please fill out the FITT profile, equipment checklist, and sign the fitness waiver and release of liability to proceed with training.

Star Chart Goal Setting

To help keep you on track I use a monthly star chart system to set short term and long term goals. You will receive a chart and schedule your goal setting session with Emily upon purchase. If you reach your short-term goal receive 10% off your next purchase and 20% off for reaching a long-term goal. Who doesn’t love a good ol’ star chart!?

Macro Nutrition Calculations

Based on your personal fitness goals Emily will calculate your daily macro breakdown. Your body needs a certain about of Protein, Carbohydrates, and Fat each day to function at it’s best.  Instead of guessing at the numbers yourself Emily will do your calculations and lay it out simply for you.

In addition, the Em FITT Macro Nutrition Guide is a great tool that explains what exactly macros are and what they mean for you. If you are unsure how to determine your nutrition needs I highly recommend getting your calculations, and using the nutrition guide. You can even take it a step further with a custom meal plan!

Macro Nutrition Guide

Designed to give you a basic understanding of what your nutrition needs are. Find out what to eat, when to eat, and how much to eat. With this tool you will be able to start building a diet that assists your fitness goals to give you the best results! There is a lot of mis-leading information out there and confusing books/programs that sound good but leave you frustrated and back at square one. Using her education and experience Emily created a simple guide to give you the power to balance your day and enjoy eating all the foods you like. If you want to make the most of your workouts, get out of a plateau, or don’t know how to properly determine your nutrition needs this guide is for you!

Custom Meal Plan

To make it easy on you, detailed custom meal plans are available. Based on your macro calculations, food preferences and fitness goals Emily will design a custom meal plan just for you! Plans will be complete a week (or sooner depending on work load) from purchase date.

Back to the Basics Workout Program

This is a two-week, basic program that can be adaptable to most any gym setting. This program consists of basic strength training and body weighted exercises.  Back to the Basics is the perfect way for the beginner to start working out, or even to just switch up your routine if you are in a workout rut! This program is simple yet challenging. Video demos of the exercises are also included in the Em FITT Personal Training exercise library.
